Something that STC's colleagues use on a regular basis is reporting tools. Viewing and making sense of data is crucial to the operation of the business. We need to visualise this data in an accessible format.

Educational
The human brain can comprehend different datasets by converting them into easy-to-understand and communicating trends, patterns, behaviors, and conclusions.
Focused
Don't overwhelm the user with too many options; give them space to focus and make decisions.
Scalable
Create a design system that is modular and can easily extend and adapt based on increased requirements.
Familiar
Create units and components that users are familiar and comfortable with, so as to not daunt them.
Card-based System
The whole flow is built on a custom, modular card system. For the type of content we had, cards were the best solution; they can be expanded, contracted, added or removed easily.
Responsive Design system
Scalable charts lose details. Another limitation of responsive design is the scaling of charts. Scaled charts quickly lose details and thus their meaning. Basically, the true limitation here is not the scaling itself, but the fact that scaling happens strictly based on screen size and not on context
